HiGH protein Scrambled Eggs

This is for the kid or anyone that needs more protein in their diet. Once you have scrambled eggs this way, you will never go back!

 
 

High Protein Scrambled Eggs

 

·      3 eggs

·      1/3 cup cottage cheese

·      1 tablespoon butter

 

1.     Combine eggs and cottage cheese in a dish and mix until combined.  

2.     Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium low heat.  

3.     Pour egg mixture into pan. 

4.     Use a wooden spoon and gently stir until completely cooked. Serve immediately.
